Cancellation Policy:

To accommodate our esteemed clients and maintain our high level of service, we kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling of our facial appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show, a 1cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of their booked facial will be charged. This fee ensures that we can continue to provide exceptional service and accommodate the demands of our clientele.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time that suits your schedule.

On arrival each client has a full detailed skin analysis on their first appointment and receives a curated facial as well as suggestions for their long-term skin health.
Valérie will discuss sustainable and practical tips leading to flawless and glowing skin and effective ongoing self-care at home.
Valérie says “no-one is ever too young or too old for your care”.  Using combinations of skincare products, massage, micro and nanocurrent techniques and LED light therapy, Valérie creates a facial which will bring celebrity radiance and flawless glow to every client.
