Lymphatic drainage - Let it flow…

I incorporate start to finish lymphatic drainage via the latest technologies, via a facial massage, and during the application of a bamboo sheet mask. The benefit of lymphatic drainable before every facial is paramount. The lymphatic system plays a key role in our immune system. It helps the body to get rid of excess fluid in tissues, and transports water proteins, fats and toxins to the lymph nodes. All my bespoke facials remove toxins and clear the lymphatic fluid then goes ack into the venous system.

The lymphatic system relies on muscle contraction, diet, exercice to function properly. Unlike the circulatory system, your lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump. The benefit of draining out these toxins through my facials fresher nutrients is to ensure healing and great rejuvenation.

Conditions like acne can be caused by your body trying to cope with excess toxins and hormones and when the lymph system is blocked and fluid is building then your acne can suffer. Lymphathic drainage can help encourage circulation and reduce breakouts.

Puffiness, dryness and dullness can be improved as having a great lymph function within your skin. When lymph circulation is impaired, lymph fluid can build up. This shows up in the face as swelling and puffiness and lymphatic drainage is a great step for bags under the eyes.

LED (light emitting diodes)

Most of our facials include LED Therapy. LED therapy is the application of specific wavelenght of light to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. The light will induce a huge chemical reaction within the skin and will then activate the fibroblast which produce more collagen. LED also stimulates lymph activity and blood flow as well as stimulating the mitochondria which will product more ATP. LED is great for treating acne bacteria, helps with skin elasticity, skin texture. Red light will be great for sagging skin, acne, anti-aging, hyperpigmentation BLUE light penetrates 465 manometers which down to your epidermis and will help regulate sebum and kill acne bacteria. There are no downtime with LED and it is for all skin type and there are no side effects and non invasive. This is a fantastic additional to my facial for reducing inflammation, it speeding the healing of the body and building collagen. Single treatment of LED are available at our studio.

High Frequency Technology

The technology used in this treatment is an advanced facial technique that uses electric currents to rejuvenate the skin. It safely stimulates the skin using thermal which energy which triggers blood flood and the production of collagen and elastin. During the high frequency facial treatment, the glass electrode produces a buzzing noise and emits a subtle glow with different colours depending on the gas in the electrode. The high-frequency glass electrode are either filled with neon or argon gas: argon glows violet and treats acne and oily skin, while neon glows orange and has anti-aging benefits. The skin’ surface is oxygenated during this treatment stimulating circulation and as a result the skin is detoxified, killing stubborn acne-causing bacteria. It also reduce the size of enlarged pores since the oxygen molecules produced by high-frequency currents penetrate deep into the skin, cleaning out the unwanted waste and thereby allowing the pores to reduce to their natural size.
